(heard that Bono was very upset that he couldn't be with Michael towards the end because of this tour... and Bono being in Mexico... Ali told Bono that she spoke to Michael in Sydney shortly before his death... and she said he wasn't himself.... that something was wrong....)

Nov 20, 2011 - This tour was mega, the Wembley show was ace. But it was also a lesson in how bands should play their songs for a while live before recording them because the Pop album songs' arrangements were so much better live after being played for months. The Pop album may have been better had they recorded them the way Gone is here. Still love the album as it is though!

Nov 25, 2011 - my friend, u are wrong. admitted, pop was one of their best albums, with spiritual and experimental music, but all the u cant leave behind was better. songs such as kite, beautiful day and walk on were beautiful, and not just hard pop music. that album was more emotional and understandable and, overall, more u2. my opinion, thumbs up if u agree.
