May 14, 2012 - the scriptures say we should mark our body like the pagans do. It also says we should not shave our beards but then we would be living in sin because most of us do. Our culture has changed 2000 years later so it's difficult to actually say it's not right. I believe any marking should be to represent our high God and our Savior and that's it, remember man looks at the appearance, but God looks at the heart. Back then they had to sacrifice but now we have grace and being born again is our way now

May 14, 2012 - yeah i do follow the Bible, i need the word everyday to renew my mind. My point being the law was there to show that we couldn't ever do enough to earn God's love or enter into heaven. "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). The New Testament does not command against tattoos or body piercings, but it also does not give us any reason to believe God would have us get tattoos or body piercings. All in the motive :) God bless brother!

God loves you and we are lucky to have him. Many people disagree with Christians but they are messed up so let's rebel in a good way.

May 29, 2012 - Jesus fulfilled the law because we could not keep the law. So it is no longer a sin to eat pork and Jesus told one of his disciples to eat something that was unclean in the old testament but because Jesus fulfilled the law we are able to eat pork

May 2, 2012 - To be a rebel you have to resist AUTHORITY not peer pressure. Also: loud bikes have nothing to do with commandments or anything else that pastor talked about. Neither does using stereotypes to judge. Pastors never teach their congregations the word "bigotry," but some of them teach the definition all the time.
