Feb 24, 2012 - i feel like crying while watching this, i get so scared ! cant ever imagine something like the things they mentioned happening to Nick ! It breaks my heart every time he says that he was a few days away to get blind or get in a coma ! And it doesn't only mean that Nick would've been close to dying, it means that none of us would have ever probably known about this guy ! I'm really thankful tho, that Nick has all the help he can get. He's very strong and mature, there will be a cure ! Stay strong

Mar 4, 2012 - I HAVE TO eat healthy cause I have an over active thyroid.I was 10 yrs old when I woke up one morning&I was feeling really dizzy&dehydrated,so I went to go get some water.All I remember is trying to get a cup,then Im on the floor&my mom was screaming.When I went to Cheo,they said I was lucky,I fainted,I could have had a stroke or a heart attack!Im happy now&its all because of Nick.It sucks cause ill be in class not feeling well&no one understands& I see ppl eating junk&I know I cant,I feel alone

Mar 16, 2012 - i have been a type 1 since 2010, I was diagnosed at age 14 and it was really scary and hard to deal with at first. I still have my days where I wish it would go away but i have come to accept that its apart of me and that I can live a normal and healthy life. I really look up to Nick and I wish more people would understand what its like to be a diabetic and what we have to go through each day. I have had so many people confuse my diabetes with type 2 so we need to raise awareness and find a cure

Apr 9, 2012 - I've been diabetic (Type one) for almost 19 years now, and although he's not my favourite musician in the world, I have a lot of respect for him being able to tell his story, and positively help so many younger people, who look up to him. It's not often you get a celebrity using their influence in a positive way. He seems to look after himself well, which is so good. I am shocked about him testing 10-12 times a day though! Haha. Xxx

Apr 13, 2012 - I have been Type 1,diabetic since age 16 and I'm going on 58 thus year. I have had ny share of good days and if bad days too.  I have witnessed a lot if changes through the years. I do hope there is a cure to be found soon. It's one day at a time. The other thing is we never get a vacation day from it. Hang in there... God Bless...
