May 15, 2012 - Really? Well a large kitchen retailer paid me out for a shoddy kitchen I bought off them a few years ago. I quoted the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (bought on account) in my court papers and they immediately wrote to me saying they'd agree to the whole claim. Crock of shit?

May 28, 2012 - I am a victim of an incorrect verdict from the courts. There are many of us, more than people who have not experienced it might realize. What I learned is that judges don't care about truth, but about filling tick boxes, that is their priority, so that they can say that they did their jobs to the letter (even then they can manipulate evidence to fit the requirements).I had great stress as a result of my freedom being abused by the law, please keep an open mind about this when people say so.
