Apr 14, 2012 - Everyone thinks California is all beach front condos and all that good stuff. I live in northern California in a little hell hole called Chico. It gets to 115 degrees in the summer and Chico is the 2nd biggest college party town in the US. If you are into stupid drunk kids on every corner, this is the place for you. The nearest beach is a 5 hour drive and its one of the most foggy/wettest places I have heard of and its not too fun to visit. My point is, not all of California is a vacation.
