May 4, 2007 - truly brilliant song (with that brilliant line "it's wrong to put yr faith in space-junk"), which Mr Haines rarely if ever plays live - along with England, scotland & wales should have been in his 'best of' collection.

Jan 21, 2008 - This song just recycles the wank chorus melody of The Rubettes. It's awful. Luke Haines is a fat ginger for freaks.

drepmore Says:

Jan 21, 2008 - Oh and Luke Haines has explicit dreams (fantasies) about sticking his willy up dolphins.

paulsmartialarts Says:

Jan 22, 2009 - Well you're a witless arsehole, why don't the two of you have lunch.

ordvac Says:

Jun 4, 2011 - it sounds like 'the rubettes' because it's from a concept album about certain things

sodacakeblues Says:

Jul 6, 2011 - how much better do these songs sound with the cello! btw, Haines is an odious pompous prick to merely refer to Banbury as 'cello player' in his last 2 books. Like his career, his abrasive attitude to others (however often justified) is actually to his own detriment in the long run. He would have more wider acceptance by now if his vendetta complex hadn't turned quite so spectacularly into a raging permanent cantankerousness of all others that defines him to a fault

sodacakeblues Says:

Jul 6, 2011 - this is, in my opinion, the Auteurs' best song

puddleg Says:

May 9, 2012 - I think you'll find that some people have a sense of humour, while others do not. It's a form of societal inequality which the government should be doing more to solve.
