Aug 4, 2010 - to people who said there was an earlier pc with color....Wozniak has the patent. He invented it. People just love Jobs more than wozniak because wozniak is a nerd. People don't like nerds because they look stupid according to hollywood movies.

Nov 12, 2010 - I never forget Woz, he has showed me how a garage-geek can get very popular and well known, but still remaining as a good guy, unlike many others needless to mention. But they don't have the passion to technology like Woz has. And that passion shows.

Nov 21, 2010 - Unless that steve has the name starting with a ball and ends with mer, then the we don't bloody want even a single 1. No thanks you very much, the world would be so much better without monkey boy.
Telstar85 Says:
Nov 22, 2010 - That's a good point, But, Ballmer has had a few good points. One of them is "How much is Windows worth? $500? $1000? Even more? NO!" and the other one is "Developers, developers, developers ...." :)I shouldn't have summarized Woz and Jobs with a monkey, that's an insult, sorry about that!

Feb 9, 2011 - Makes me wonder why it took years to put colour into the Mac.
Jupitroid Says:
Feb 16, 2011 - My guess is that putting color capability into the Macintosh hardware would have driven the price up pretty high. When the Macintosh II came out the base system was $5200, but the completely color capable system was around $10,000. By the time it came out pros in printing and publishing were willing to spend that much for such a system. Early desktop publishing (which saved the Mac) got by on a mix of old and new methods which didn't require color computers.

Apr 15, 2012 - That is bullshit- there were S-100 color boards such as the Dazzler years before Steve "invented" it. I'm sure he saw them at the Homebrew Computer Club 2 years before the Apple I even existed.
