May 4, 2012 - Great video, BUT...You do know that there are more than 6 billion people on the planet and without agriculture, farming and all that over 90 percent would die of starvation. Transition to a paleo diet on that scale could be impossible.

May 4, 2012 - The idea of the video is to let individuals know what they can do to optimise their own health. It makes no claims to have a scalable solution for the world.

May 5, 2012 - I never comment on anything but this video is perfect. I try to explain to my friends (and girlfriend) how paleo changed my life but they just don't get it and don't realize why this idea of eating is the best out there. I explain things horribly. I will just show them this video haha. Thank you.

May 6, 2012 - LOL, just started Paleo, your video rocks! 71 dislikes? from who Pfizer reps?
MrATG92 Says:
May 12, 2012 - Actually evidence suggests that our evolution is intrinsically linked WITH cooking and eating meat. I'd link the study but youtube won't let me =[

May 14, 2012 - and the best beef as far as im concern is US Angus beef. That's corned fed and it may not see grass in its entire life. Does that mean is bad? It tastes fantastic.

May 17, 2012 - 1. The human is an omnivore, try looking that up. Like most omnivores, we ate, and still do most anything we could get our hands on.2. "We" have had the use of fire longer than homo sapiens sapiens (that's us) has been around, It was most likely started around 400,000 to 200,000 BCE by Homo Erectus. 3. Most paleos avoid dairy as it is not considered paleo. It's a neolithic product.4. Why does anybody need an excuse to eat meat, eggs, and dairy? Do you need an excuse to eat rice and beans?
dukmaster777 Says:
May 18, 2012 - Hihi, have you heard of this program called the SkinniMaker Diet? (go search google). My brother says it helps people melt fat.

May 18, 2012 - Hihi, have you thought about this method called the SkinniMaker Diet? (google it). My coworker says it helps people melt fat.
FUCKSOClETY Says:
May 20, 2012 - Because meat, eggs, and dairy are acquired in ways that are extremely inhumane. Try thinking about more than just yourself when selecting a diet.
southernfriedbb Says:
May 23, 2012 - So are your grains. Large tracts of land have to be cleared to grow those grains destroying the ecology of those areas and the machines used to harvest those grains kill many smaller animals that make the fields their home. That's just the damage from farming. How 'bout we just skip the damage caused to plant and animal life by the manufacturing process that created the electronic device you used to post your comment. Why do pigs, chickens, and cows get a pass when rabbits mice and snakes don't?

Apr 24, 2012 - A big-ass salad with fresh chicken would be better. You cold keepo your energy up by chewing on dehydrated Elk meat(unsalted of course) and maybe some nuts, or maybe even some hard-boiled eggs. Oatmeal is 87 octane gass at best
