May 19, 2012 - People this movie is based on a novel based on the murder of Silvia likens. The movie is actually pretty good but I find an American Crime much better since it shows more of the actual events that occurred to Silvia Likens.

If you're going to make a movie based on someone's death, stick to what actually happened. Watch an American crime if you do want to know what happened, it's based of the hearing at the court and the court files
