Johnny Beretta BDSc PI is a noir-comedy, filmed in both black and white and colour, that's centered on our eccentric hero Johnny Beretta, the dentist by day, detective by night but also on-call dentist by night. He's part of an international syndicate of detectives living menial jobs by day called the'Double Life Detective Fraternity'. But when he's kicked out of his dental practice for alleged kidnapping, he's barred from the society. Is he guilty? Or has he been set up? When other members of the Fraternity start losing their jobs, and worse - showing up dead, suspicions are mounted. It looks like an inside job, but who could be responsible? With the help of Nancy, the last one that trusts him and the only woman he never loved, Dr. Beretta must clear his name and his schedule before it's too late. Johnny Beretta BDSc PI is a thrilling adventure, where the enemy could be a double agent, in either one of his professional fields.
