Apr 24, 2012 - I dont think it would be possible to knock someone out with a tazer. especially when he wasted some of the battery b4 hand. i got shocked by a 6.8 mil volt laser on full battery underneath my ribcage, and I just collapsed to my knees. on low battery though tasers dont do much and It only takes a few seconds of holding it down to make it ineffective. So I think this guy's faking.
