But it seems Serbia is only starting to clean its reputation by debating whether or not they should apologize for Srebrenica. As for Kosovo, injustice was done to the people of Kosovo in the 80's and 90's. I'm sure the over whelming majority of the people in Kosovo would much rather unite with Albania, but an independent Kosovo is less divisive (in theory) but radicals on both sides want Albania or Serbia.
