May 29, 2012 - No, I think the point they were making is that Kanye is better overall at having a taste for the tasteful, marketing, being curious, and bringing together the talents of multiple creative people (painters, producers, directors, vocalists, writers) AND rapping. Yasiin is a superior rapper, yes, but Kanye is a better artist outside of just rap. I think the best way to make the point is to say that Van Gogh was a better painter, but Warhol was a better artist. Does that make sense?
