Feb 10, 2012 - For me, the loss of William Redfield is up there with the loss of John Cazale. An actor who could have truly made his mark on the history and form of acting for the screen had he been given the full career filled with powerful roles like Harding that he deserved.

Apr 21, 2012 - To echo another comment, the guy playing Harding was dying of cancer when he made this movie. If you notice in almost all the scenes he is in he is sitting down because he barely had the energy to move at this point. He actually died before the movie was released. It's sad that he never got to see the incredible success it had.

May 6, 2012 - Taber isn't even in the book, he is only mentioned of having lived on the ward. But he is in the whole movie. I have to read the book for school and I watched the movie before that. It's fun to see how they added and left out so many things in the movie that were or weren't in the book :)
