Key is on the fire escape reminiscing about Jonghyun's proposal to him while he thinks in his mind about how he wants the baby to be a girl (2:43). Jonghyun is about to give Key those shoes he's been fantasizing over once Key finally says YES! And Onew is about to give flowers to the founder of KFC. It makes perfect sense! :D
