Apr 4, 2012 - Have you ever listened to Son House, Lightnin' Hopkins, Charley Patton, or Howlin' Wolf? If you have listened to them you should know why.

Apr 25, 2012 - 524 people (and counting) disagree with you. Though not originally associated with "white Englishmen" (what ever the hell you mean with that) it doesn't mean that they can not feel the blues.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
Apr 25, 2012 - What I mean with that is white Americans can play the blues, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Johnny Winter are two great examples, but white Englishmen cannot. Sorry that's just the way it is. And I don't care who agrees with me or who doesn't.

May 12, 2012 - Great!!!! STONES ARE RHYTHM'N BLUES!!!!!
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 15, 2012 - Oh, it's a good thing that you are around to decide who can play blues and who can't. Your knowledge of music is very limited. It was the Stones, Clapton and other Englishmen who helped the black musicians get the recognition that they deserved by playing their music.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
May 16, 2012 - THEY CAN'T PLAY THE BLUES, DAMN! They might have turned people on to it but that doesn't mean they could play the blues with any kind of soul. Even Sonny Boy Williamson said Englishmen couldn't play the blues. But you probably don't even know who he is, and my knowledge of music goes far deeper than yours. They have no soul, it sounds white washed and too polished if you knew anything about real blues you would know that.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 16, 2012 - Howlin Wolf loved the Stones and performed with them. They play very good blues and if you don't like them doesn't mean squat. That's your opinion and just who the hell are you? You entitled to your opinion and the rest of us ours. So far 540 likes and only 4 disliikes, so you are in the minority.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 16, 2012 - You're all of 27 and think you know more about music than I do? LMFAO. I have shoes that old and they don't smell as bad as your musical knowledge.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
May 16, 2012 - Bitch it doesn't matter how old I am, which by the way the fact that you know how old I am is really creepy, I still know more about music than your apparently old ass. You want to debate it.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 16, 2012 - Checked your youtube page shithead. You know fuck all about the music of my generation and I don't listen to today's music. You have a real over inflated opinion of your knowledge of music. You need to grow up sonny. Until you show some respect as far as I am concerned you can go to hell.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
May 16, 2012 - I know music dating all the way back to 1922, I know the music of your generation, which is probably the sixties or seventies, better than you do. So don't get pissed about it old man.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 16, 2012 - Know more than I do about the 60's, that is laugh! You are an arrogant little turd and that it. Try growing up.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
May 16, 2012 - It's the truth.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 16, 2012 - The Stones on your youtube page? You're just a troll.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
May 17, 2012 - I'm not trolling I'm giving my opinion, I like The Stones when they play rock-n-roll but not the blues.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 17, 2012 - You're trolling and tha's just you're opinion.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
May 17, 2012 - Okay whatever fool. Oh by the way, you misspell a word in every comment smart one.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 17, 2012 - Good thing we have the head troll here to correct things like that. And you know dick about music.
BarbecueBobFan Says:
May 17, 2012 - You just like to argue don't you? I've checked your youtube page too old man. You're just an atheist bastard.
MrAlsfan5 Says:
May 17, 2012 - And you're a religious asshole.
subgradient8635 Says:
May 27, 2012 - When I first heard this on the Stones album, I freaked. It's beauty and they squeeze every ounce of pain out of this song you can. Both versions (album and one here live) have nice parts to them.....here we have some harp from Mick not on the album, but I think the "break" on the album is better and pulls your guts out when Keith hits those dissonant sevenths in that break that don't really "fit' but they work great there. I play this tune on keyboard. B flat major, like the album. HPB FL

May 27, 2012 - Hey Windy Hill Bomber: I found a You Tube version of the Stones in concert in about 1972 WITH , I believe, Mick Taylor in the band like you want! HPB FL
