Apr 26, 2012 - There is no such thing as "standard", they will tack the cost on, and make the consumer pay. Big corporations are not in the business of giving away free money (in this case a pointless feature on a car). Someone has to pay for the development and implementation of new ideas or products (again, idea/product being a dumb feature.), and that someone is the consumer.
