Jul 30, 2009 - Why not use these comment areas? It isnt hurting anyone other than the complainers below. And I sure find it more interesting than a bunch of hate spam. I am as well doing this to prove some points. I already know that most people do not read it, so I dont understand why people complain?
Mistafiedreamz Says:
Jul 30, 2009 - I have made a bunch of accounts. Many people do it. Then turn around and make claims of moral authority. I have even explained why I have closed down accounts in the past, and even why I have even had suspended accounts from Google. People dont listen nor read, as I continue to show, and then point to the guidelines of the site as if they looked at those in the first place.

Jul 30, 2009 - I suppose if it works for you then go for it, the comments are here for us all to use, so have at it :) Just thought maybe there might be other places you would find more rewarding for conversation that you seem to be passionate about, but by all means do as you please :)

Jul 31, 2009 - Thomas Edison? You mean Nikola Tesla, we did NOT adopt Edisons Direct Current Infrastructure so why are they saying edison?
voiceofintelligence Says:
Aug 3, 2009 - Update the grid? Sure. Upgrade? Absolutely! Smart grid? HELL NO! Smart grid=government bureaucrats controlling your thermostat. Our government is already way too big, too powerful and too intrusive.
SmartGridCareers Says:
Aug 3, 2009 - This is pretty interesting!
DSBrekus Says:
Sep 28, 2009 - What are you talking about?all the smart grid does is give you more information about what you are paying, so you can choose to save money if you want to.
voiceofintelligence Says:
Sep 28, 2009 - WRONG! Smartgrid gives the GOVERNMENT information about your energy usage. If you don't think they will find some way to use that information to their own advantage, you're living in a dream world. Our government has become increasingly intrusive over the years, and the smartgrid is a HUGE step in the wrong direction.

Dizzi800 Says:
Oct 28, 2009 - sop putting severed limbs in there. problem solved lol. I kid! I kid! :P
Dizzi800 Says:
Oct 28, 2009 - um... no it does not. All it is is that it would replace the way our energy is measured. instead of telling us what we have used. It tells us what we have used AND when we have used it.So please stop freaking. these are not connected to the internet or phone lines, there fore the government cannot see our energy consuption.Lastly; the U.S. governemnt has become really intrusive because of the patriot act. If you are a suspected terrorist, you lose your rights.
sikoo31 Says:
Oct 30, 2009 - yeah actually, if your hidding from the gov. at home when there isn't supposed to be anyone home, and you turn on the tv, the gov. knows your home! solution? don't break the law. "paranoya only comes to the guilty"
danich45 Says:
Nov 29, 2009 - rediculous, real answer is to generate and store all your own power at home then go tell the electric company and the government to fuck off
RunescapeUbuntu Says:
Mar 19, 2010 - you do realize that you cant store power that you generate right? i think dumbasses are funny as hell.

Jul 30, 2009 - Hey Rockcat,You are absolutely right. Tesla and Edison were in a war for electricity production. Tesla supported AC and Edison was the DC man. Edison even electrocuted an elephant to show the ill effects of AC. But eventually it was Tesla who won and he even created a elec. prod. system at Niagara Falls. I think since they are showing GE (one of the founders was Edison) therefore they used his name instead of Tesla.ThanksSid
