Mar 15, 2012 - imo dubbing is so unnecessary. Yes, there are a lot of programmes that are too difficult to understand but someone has found a perfect solution for that: subtitles. I live in finland and pretty much nothing is dubbed here. Watching programmes in foreign language improves our hearing skills and widens our word vocabulary. It's a fact that has been proved scientifically. AND when dubbed, the actors lose part of their self when their voices are spoken over and badly out of sync.
