I lived a situation very similar to Keira's character, and let me tell you... it is very hard to resist sexual temptation, because we can love (and desire) men in different ways. Each man (and woman) is different and thus what makes us feel is different too. Moral rules are a (necessary) social invention that do not follow our animal nature. There isn't a single monogamous animal species. We are animals too... thus our nature is not monogamous too.

May 11, 2012 - Are you kidding me? You are really discussing the bra?Non of you then had lived such a situation. If you did, you would watch this movie with a very different thoughts in mind.. And you would feel exactly as they felt. And obviously, couldn't shake the effect of movie off of your mind for several days...

May 3, 2012 - You shouldn't analyze female desire in general based only on your own experience. I read a scientific study that reported that female desire is more sensitive to details that go beyond looks, like men' smell, so maybe we're more selective (though I wouldn't generalize it either). However, my experience and the experience of many females I know tell me our sexual drive can be as strong as the male one and that we can desire more than one man at the same time. It's not nymphomania, it's nature.
