Mar 18, 2012 - The top 20 of that years TDF was filled with dopers, in fact, the only one guy at the top of the rankings who you 'might' say was clean was Cadel Evans, the other riders were either involved in one or more doping affairs, had been banned or suspended, had their name on one or more doping lists, were suspicious or retired due to allegations of doping, or all of the above.

Mar 20, 2012 - Lance !! The best !! LIVESTRONG 4EVER !! ;)
TheAnipotimus Says:
Mar 21, 2012 - The biggest gear they'll use is a 53-11. On rare occasions, like massive climbing days, they'll use a compact crankset. Also, and you never see it on TV, they'll ride the flat part of a stage on a standard 11-25 cassette, then at the base of the climbs, swap it out for a wheel with a 12-28 cassette. These guys are superhuman, but even they would have trouble pushing a 39-25 gear up a 7% incline for 23 km (Mont Ventoux).

Mar 21, 2012 - those damn shimano pedals! i hated them..lance was using a shimano LOOK pedal from the 80s till 2004..i had them and the plastic plate in them keep on breaking..i use speedplay now..love them
MLGgroovyy Says:
Mar 21, 2012 - i know i have those too, you can't walk in them, you have to take them off right when you get off the bike or else the plastic breaks. I need speedplays
GiantDefy954 Says:
Mar 22, 2012 - back in the 70s/80s alot of riders used a 44t chainring in the mountains, obviously with a 27 rear, still a huge gear though.
Highwire111 Says:
Mar 23, 2012 - Now this is how you post Tour video - No ridiculous 1980's video game music ruining the whole thing. Good job.

May 10, 2012 - He is or atleast was the most tested athlete in the world. Even if he was guilty, its never been proven. Good enough no ?
stanlobo123 Says:
May 10, 2012 - such a sad day for ulrich
poolehart Says:
May 12, 2012 - Do camera vehicles ever create an advantage for riders? ...say wind is coming from your 11 o'clock, and then a car maintains position on your left.
Andy13231 Says:
May 18, 2012 - did he really cheat if everyone was doping, would that not mean that it was still the cyclists ability that led them to wins in addition to the enhancements? just a quick question
TheCOJayhawk Says:
May 20, 2012 - *sigh* 7 year old video, and they still all have nicer bikes than me XD
s10096209 Says:
May 21, 2012 - No, because some definitely took more than others. But for it to be a level playing field, there must be a maximum legally allowed substance level in their bodies (for eg test) and then all of them can only juice up to that standard.
Andy13231 Says:
May 21, 2012 - ah fair enough then, i would like to think that Lance was genuinely one of the greats in cycling without owing his success to drugs, will be an inspiration to the sport anyway with his recovery and work for cancer research
Andy13231 Says:
May 21, 2012 - what bike do you have?
SirJazz Says:
May 23, 2012 - 6:22Ulrich: "fml"Feels bad man :(

jpoodle Says:
Mar 18, 2012 - I think most pros use a 53, & maybe (probably) higher. Have no clue about the back cogs though.
