May 26, 2012 - Truth be told all of Tool's songs are different for everyone..but I would have to agree with cellardoor on the notion that "we'll miss him" is sarcasm. The lyrics "he had a lot to say, he had a lot of nothin to say" comes before each of the "we'll miss him" parts. It ultimately sounds like the lyrics take several different people's perspectives into the same situation. Maynard is known for doing that through many of his songs, so it's a pretty safe bet.
