Some how, and I don't understand yet, the Cap and Trade energy plan will penalize those who burn fuel and put carbon into the air. He will make them PAY for this. They will PAY and PAY and PAY. By passing his energy plan (Cap and Trade) and making companies pay more for polluting the air, it will somehow make flying cheaper and lower the price of burning all those lights in Vegas. People will then flock to Vegas in droves when the fuel costs and lighting costs shoot through the ceiling and it becomes cheaper to go to Vegas.
