Sep 21, 2011 - Just timed your best lap and Alonso's lap, you was faster by 4 tenths (Harris).I did it because i was watching Alonso and felt he was somewhat slow, considering i had watched this video months before.Alonso had better weather and eletronics off.

Sep 21, 2011 - But i forgot to mention, he had a passenger, not that it should have made much difference imo.

Sep 30, 2011 - I don't understand why almost all car manufacturers put the paddles static on the steering wheel column and not mounted on the steering wheel itself. You can see multiple times in this video where Chris has to put his hand down on the paddle while in a corner...

Nov 26, 2011 - i wish all supercars were treated like this, not pampered, this is the whole reason why ferrari makes them, to specificly do this

Dec 29, 2011 - i could only drive this in forza...for now ;) one day, i will.
SoloRacerDotCom Says:
Dec 29, 2011 - Italians/Japanese put them on the steering column, BMW/Porsche seem to put them on the steering wheel. The advantage of fixed mount is that you always know where they are, & if they are long enough you can almost always reach them. Paddles attached to the wheel can get "lost" in certain situations if you don't keep your hands in the same place on the steering wheel all the time. My PS3 wheel has them on the wheel, but it's a very small wheel compared to a real car.

Jan 3, 2012 - Such is the problem with an amazing car like this. Ferrari should really find a way to make their cars more affordable. I know it sounds silly, but come on, this thing is $265,000 in the U.S., and that's like 7x the average person's salary. NOBODY can afford a car like this. It's such a shame. If I had a car like this, every. single. weekend. I would have it out on the track to let all those 562 horses run free, as they were made to.
RickyJnum1FAN Says:
Jan 12, 2012 - a lot of them dont understand that a Ferrari can take all the abuse, it was built to do exactly that, any owner will tell you that if left in the garage w/o driving for a week or so, Ferraris will give problems, i personally know(uncle has had 4 Ferraris and just ordered the 458 spyder)yes its a shame but sitting around and complaining about it isnt gona get shit done whoever wants to can reach the stars, you'd be surprised how many millionares started with nothing...
Buttnut105 Says:
Jan 21, 2012 - So Chris on the 458, "it is all things to all people". I love this car.

Feb 8, 2012 - That's the reason we love Chris Harris!
uessaloniki Says:
Feb 8, 2012 - Very useful info there!I didn't thought of that!I just thought that they put the paddles wherever they like them to be!So I guess its up to the manufacturers to judge according to the steering ratio, where to put them, right?
Dkhan23 Says:

Apr 19, 2012 - After going on the track the first time today. I can appreciate this a lot more! Ferrari is so pinned!
zgibs4 Says:
May 3, 2012 - Chevy is not the kind of car you compare this to. This is engineering perfections. You compare this with a Lamborghini Aventador and a Mclaren mp4-12c.

May 26, 2012 - "fuck it one more skid before we go." haha loved that xD
