Nov 14, 2011 - while(bobby.hasPrevious)i didnt understand that from where the counting is starting, (obviously from the end) but how does compiler kbow that it should start from the end, there is no code for specifying the position of cursor.

Kalydosos Says:

Nov 26, 2011 - I worked it out by putting Star Trek tech in one Array and the Federations enemies in the other Array not very original, but it made coding more enjoyable.

2yung4grey Says:

Nov 30, 2011 - why cant u go list.printme, instead of doing the for loops?.off course creating the print method, before hand.

ranger296 Says:

Dec 31, 2011 - What's the purpose of an iterator (Or should I say, what is an iterator), why couldn't you use a for loop instead? (Efficiency? Idk) (For the reverseMe method)

yuene25 Says:

Jan 9, 2012 - how to search a string in your list??? Example: list.add("Allemon, Diane 235");list.add("Baranek, Marsha 568");list.add("Bearrance, Susan 987");list.add("Foster, Catherine 387");list.add("Bears, Linda 456");list.add("Bloomhuff, Deborah 753");list.add("Drabant, Paige 159");list.add("Felcyn, Kenneth 645");list.add("Kardynal, Vicky 268");list.add("Koch, Christine 657");if i want to search "Felcyn, Kenneth 645" what i'm going to do? what syntax.....???pls answer.............

mransom565 Says:

Jan 9, 2012 - i'm doing a project in my computer science class where we use 3 array lists to represent a playlist, like in itunes. one of the method requires me to return a type playlist, which in the program would be equal to 2 string array lists and 1 int array list. how would i do this?

devilazpl Says:

Jan 29, 2012 - loop for each of list elementsif elements equals to name return index

devilazpl Says:

Jan 29, 2012 - just like for(int i=0; i

Feb 28, 2012 - Hey buckey bro, i am your big fan and now i need some tutorial on software development from you . Can you help me????

BlueFlame1013 Says:

Mar 23, 2012 - nothing about the head or nodes

xGxUxIxTxAxR Says:

Mar 24, 2012 - There's a built in method to reverse collections. Collections ( dot ) reverse ( list );

thebeardguy71 Says:

Mar 26, 2012 - If you're not sure what happened in this program, try replacing the strings with something likeA1, A2, A3 etc for things1and B1, B2 etc for things2Helped me a ton in understanding what he did.

krtnptl Says:

Mar 29, 2012 - there's no printf in java. or is there?

PetarAleksic Says:

Apr 2, 2012 - Why did he use ListIterator... why not just normal Iterator ? Does anybody know?

farrell2k Says:

Apr 11, 2012 - First, you taught us absolutely nothing about LinkedLists. Second, why bother with an Iterator? ReverseMe() should contain one method, Collections.reverse();I get the feeling that Bucky breezes through this stuff with minimal understanding just to collect ad revenue from his videos. ;)

Lukaszix Says:

May 6, 2012 - Bucky, instead of showing libraries in "intermediate" course I 'd rather see how to write it by myself- you know, head, tail, diffrence betweem java and c++ (cuz most of us started with c++).It is basic of basics I think, later if we understand in source coe then we should move on with libraries. Do you argee?

ncmathsadist Says:

May 8, 2012 - Bucky, you should think of list and array indices as lurking between the actual elements. That way when you make removeStuff(list, 2,5), you are removing all entries between indices 2 and 5. Index 2 lives just before list 2 and index 5 lives between entries 4 and 5. This makes thinking about subsetting operations much easier.

ncmathsadist Says:

May 8, 2012 - Yes, there is. And it is indeed a fabulous thing. Check the API guide.

chiko1222 Says:

May 22, 2012 - what are you doing

xXxDiukexXx Says:

May 24, 2012 - I love how you are coding from top to bottom :) good practice

UFTGaming Says:

May 25, 2012 - If you looked at every tutorial you could see that there is almost always an easier way to do something.Bucky does the hard thing so we get more practice.
