Feb 6, 2012 - when she was about to say something important the radio host interrupted her with "the selling of the book"- (at min 10:00 starts). The fact that she almost discovered and was about to pinpoint out was that about the PRIDE that divides us ,european vision versus american vision- we cannot unite or think "together" unless we emphasize our pride to be one thing or another (americans or europeans). She almost got it , was about to express it but he was sinking in blind pride almost immediately.

Mar 28, 2012 - from what I understand, the UN has decreed that educated peoples are non-sustainable, so if no child becomes educated, then no child is left behind, am I correct in this logical assumption ... it simply seems to be a play on words, doublespeak in a sense

Apr 13, 2012 - No i do not believe this to be right, what i think is hapenning is a slow but certain end of the capitalist system. The problem here is that this system requires there to be an exploitable population.A good example of this would be the issues in vinyards etc & how they are linked to immigration. If everyone has a good life, there is no one left to do the dirty work, which is ironically more important to the continuation than for example advanced R&D is.And we have no alternative system atm!

Apr 13, 2012 - While I agree with a lot of thing she says. For an educated american to call europeans stupid.. sorry that doesn't fly.Extra funny ofc when it is followed by the remark about someone saying americans think they know best because they are americansUnfortunatly, I agree. At least the government does. And in case anyone is wondering i've travelled to the usa over 30 times usually for 3 weeks up to 3 monthsHell, I even worked as a wranglerOh and i'm 25% americanMy grandfather was a G.I. in WWII
Xarcas Says:
Apr 13, 2012 - There has been a dumbing down of europe though, that is true, but we're still head and shoulders above america on all the credible statistics. On all subjects: IQ, test results and added value. This, besides my previous argument which I absolutely believe is pro-actively in effect, has to do with our imigration problems. The hope is that if they do well, or percieve themselves that way, they will be more likely to want to adjust. Instead of being a pointless cash drain.

Apr 14, 2012 - no doubt that capitalism is coming to an end as it is known ... clearly, the fundamental aspects of socialism are on a rise but I think there will be a merging of socialism and capitalism ... do you feel that this is a reaction to the rapid economic growth of china and the desire to realign our own economic system to compete with theirs? most americans would not lower themselves to do certain jobs and these are the areas of work which we see the highest concentration of immigrant workers ...
