Jul 10, 2010 - There is a better way to do this. Use ratiosand unit analysis. The chart is more complex and is certainly not the way that you would do it if you were doinga problem. How many seconds in 2 hrs? 2 hrs*(60 min/1 hr)*(60 sec/1 min)=7200 sec

Feb 26, 2011 - This method has a special name, what is it? I can't remember it! Also, can this method be used for questions like this: Convert a density of 1.0 x 10^-2 pounds per cubic inch to kg m^-3? Please help!
YourTutorOnline Says:
Feb 28, 2011 - I just know it as the chart method.it should work for that example if you know how many lb/in^3 equals a kg/m^3 that would be your conversion factor and then you could use this method.
