Mar 21, 2009 - AIG is all just a distraction while the FED prints trillions of new Dollars. Hyperinflation is coming soon and we all need to prepare. Have your family and friends check out: Inflation . us
mastersirk Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - What do you mean coming? It's pretty much here, notice the scarcity of ammo?
swillwilson Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - Dodd is partially complicit, but, yeah, fuck it. Another media-induced red herring. It would fucking break the media's back to put a spotlight on the last 30 years of deregulation, wealth disparity, and tax rates from FDR through Carter (1932-1980). Those years were bountiful for America (save for many minorities in urban neighborhoods).Yeah. Can't fit THAT story into a sound bite, can you, FOX? And others. Ain't about Repub and Demo. All our asses are on the line.
ecwaufisxtreme Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - Dodd is Palin's DICKLESS and BALLESS BITCH and PUSSY! Palin is a SUPERIOR politician and statesman than Dodd could ever be and is also MORE MAN than he is. Dodd wears the skirt in his family while his wife wears the pants. This AIG faux pas is a clear sign that Obambi is a 1 term EPIC FAIL and Palin will PWN him in 2012 and become a 2 term EPIC SUCCESS! This country SORELY needs Palinomics right now for only it can save the world economy from a global depression!
goldstockbull Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - Oh, its technical. I can't read and didn't understand. FU Dodd.

RuflessRecords Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - swil, the years 1932-1980 were "bountiful" for America....don't you want to start that timeline a little farther down the road since the 1930's were the worst economic decade in the history of the United States, with 18% unemployment still in 1938, 9 years after the Crash? We think it's bad today with 8% unemployment.
kewlio1 Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - take some accountability you ass fuck, honestly, it was your own mess created by you and you can't even hold your self accountable? even our sorry excuse for a president took some blame, yet even he used the back door saying " i didn't create it" what a half assed attempt at taking the blame. it's such a joke.
joeasmythe Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - He and his leftist buddies like bwaney fwank. ubama, leahy, schumer, emanuel, and on and on. They are all to blame for this effin mess we are in, but they will not take the blame.
UsualStaples Says:
Mar 22, 2009 - I bet he didn't even read what he was signing...again. Why do we elect our respective politicians if not to READ and UNDERSTAND what the hell they're doing?!
swillwilson Says:
Mar 23, 2009 - In 1932, the unemployment rate was 25%. And you think 18% is bad? The decade of the 30's was shot to hell. But the GDP grew steadily, since 1933. Unfortunately, the unemployment rate was slow to follow.Reviewing my comment, I would restate that "the majority of those years were bountiful for America..."
silverhawks Says:
Mar 23, 2009 - It's time to DEMAND better from the US government, and for the PEOPLE to install the proper safeguards in our systems of governance to keep these parasites from pillaging our families futures. I'd like to know where every single tax CENT goes. I'd like to see people running for office FORCED to use public funding instead of jumping into bed with special interests, which is begging for corruption.I'm not in favor of violence - but these criminals need to GO.
RuflessRecords Says:
Mar 23, 2009 - yes I think 18% unemployment is horrible and rotten. Fortunately the 25% unemployment catastrophe had become a mere disaster by 1938.
checkurself Says:
Mar 23, 2009 - yeah right Dodd...this has blown in your face and now you are doing damage control to save your seat.
cowboybill1943 Says:

bossudude420 Says:
Mar 21, 2009 - well yes, AIG borrowed from several european COUNTRIES' nat'l banks, so yes if they went bankrupt and failed to pay back those bad loans, then it would have hurt european economies horrendously. We essentially paid off AIG's debts for them, about 80billion of their debt If I recall... but they owed companies across the map, not just european banks, but most american banks as well... so im not sure if that statement is very descriptive of the "whole" situation only a small part.
