May 1, 2012 - i thought about it but ultimately made the decision to put a hold on enlisting, i want to get everything off my plate because becoming a marine is going to take more than a salad dish to hold, i talked to MANY current marines and they said its taking them up to 8 years instead of 4 to get their degree so i would rather finish the degree join for 4 years get the experience then apply for Officer school.
