May 23, 2012 - I've done the royal guard (light version) and I have friends who did the real deal. It's basically a silent drill platoon. Didn't like it one bit, just showing of for tourists and playing a play. I prefer mud to cobblestone, my MG and assault rifle to a carbine, an actual chance of going out into the world and join the fight for peace and humanity.That's what you'll get in the poor bloody infantry.Now, no disrespect towards drill corps intended, it's just a matter of preference.
