May 6, 2012 - This is not a newly found discovery, we already know that people that do great things are motivated not by power and money but by the inner desire to make a change.. What makes an average Joe start running one day and deciding that he would complete a marathon? To prove to him/herself that they can do it. Simon however does provide a good take on it using the circle.

May 19, 2012 - This does sort of explain why we back empire builders even though they leave their wake littered with those run over. We understand their vision and feel it's worth it.
ThrowDown14 Says:
May 19, 2012 - I believe bunching innovators and the early adopters into the same category is controversial. There is a large distinction between people who make new ideas and those few who buy them.
emmanuelmccoy2 Says:
May 20, 2012 - Your dumb. Apple is just a better product idiot
SmashmouthXL Says:
May 23, 2012 - 1) It's *'you're' not 'your' 2) Apple is not a product 3) I don't think Apple's products are better necessarily, however I do believe that they've established themselves in society's 'eye' as the best, which causes the average person to mindlessly desire their products
AlphaDexor Says:
May 28, 2012 - Wait, so why does Apple only have 10% market share?
Racerk12 Says:
May 29, 2012 - Guys you don't understand. If you are saying he is dumb/stupid then your the dumb one this makes complete sense he knows how to intrigue people to buy things he knows why it's done this way! If you think this is wrong or Simon Sinek is stupid then your the dumb one he makes complete SENSE!!!!!
Silentsam7532 Says:
May 29, 2012 - Market share is a different thing completely. Those who dont like apple (like me) tend to dislike their why or how.
