Feb 18, 2010 - I'm really not sure what format you're playing in where there aren't several teir 1,2,etc decks.
Xelights Says:
Feb 18, 2010 - Patrick forgets THE card that messes up jace up, Blightning. redirect the dmg to jace, let him discard to cards, byebye cardadvantage, byebye jace.
check4v Says:
Feb 18, 2010 - Just +2 him when he comes into play.
soulkens Says:
Feb 18, 2010 - yeah u forget jace is blue? blue=counter magic up the ass...so how hard will it be to stick a blightning?
JT1 Says:
Feb 19, 2010 - Tectonic edge.... maybe in the sideboard. It's pretty useless, unless your opponent has a crapton of manlands.
Icecoldavery Says:
Feb 19, 2010 - Thanks for the awesome videos, Evan! I know im picking up a Sculptor or two for my mono blue.
Naglfar52 Says:
Feb 19, 2010 - A highly probable event, since those manlands are awesome and lots of people are going to want to run them, at least until the hype dies down and is replaced by well-supported fact.Personally, I'd main two and side two more, and change where they are depending on how many manlands I see. I'd definitely not be any more subtle with them than three in the sideboard and none mainboard, unless manlands became scarce.
Mustustus Says:
Feb 19, 2010 - Or you know, dual lands, I hear those are okay.
Mustustus Says:
Feb 19, 2010 - Gotta love the "YEAH YOU HAVE THIS GREAT CARD BUT WHAT IF I HAVE THE PERFECT COUNTER"Everyone is aware of how powerful blightning is. But that is no reason to NOT play a card. Removal exists. So I don't play creatures. And you know what, counterspells exist, so I don't even play spells. And then there's land destruction, So I don't play lands.
soulessone4 Says:
Feb 19, 2010 - it also wrecks junds mana base and decks that play 3 colors.

Feb 19, 2010 - Oh my god, that ending was priceless.
FFTARoxorz05 Says:
Feb 25, 2010 - Man talking to him one on one throughout the week would be badass. I like his theory about what decks have to play, especially since it was completely true in San Diego.
