They are just trying to make sure that everyone is on an even playing field (by that I mean some isn't using a God Hack, Ghost Hack, etc...) They lower your rankings & watch you for a while & determine if you are Hacking or not. I know how you feel its happened to me plenty of times cause I killed them faster then they could realizes what happened.
