Dec 16, 2011 - I was inspired to write Elegantly Wasted from Def Leppard's song "Wasted" from the On Through The Night album. It was Joe Elliott who discovered me in Alabama on May 15, 1983 at Boutwell Auditorium while they were on tour in the US promoting the Pyromania album. Mutt Lange who produced Aussie band AC/DC's album brought the Australian band INXS to meet me in June '83 while they were in the US and had some down time. Paula only covered for our relationship & still married to Geldof.

PUSSYCAT" after I came up with the idea for the all girl group and made up the songs for The Pussycat Dolls. This is also where Kurt Cobain's obsession with dolls came from.
