Apr 28, 2012 - This song chokes me up every time I hear it. John was a deep thinker & wasn't afraid of singing & saying what he felt. He hated the Vietnam War but he loved the soldiers. He hated the effects of drugs but he also hated the ridiculous drug laws. He was a Christian but didn't condemn those who didn't believe as he did. What a remarkable man he was!
