If he places his statements on facts that can be debated, then his argument is invalid because it isn't imperative. I understand what you mean and agree with you by the way, just saying.

May 30, 2012 - No, I, an atheist, know that the death penalty is too light of a punishment for such a crime because you don't suffer when you're dead. Also, it's unquestionable that innocent people are executed, and that they could have been released if they got the life sentence.
