Jan 26, 2012 - true that some gurus have sucked big time, so I've heard anyway. I don't know this guy, seen couple of videos and he does tell the truth. However, psycotherapy has its own limitations. Believe me, I've wasted my time and energy on them, I came much closer in dealing with stuff by practicing mindfulness and meditation. What you get from mindfulness and meditation is much much greater than what you get with a shrink. Believe me.
