Jul 11, 2010 - Dude, you wrong. 7D is faster than any APS-C Nikon, but D3s is the best FF camera now. It depends on your needs, wich is the better, wich suits you. Of course, if they bring out 1Ds mkIV, that will blow the D3s, and a new D700 would be overkill.It's a serious competition, situation changes dramaticaly by time.But yeah, most Nikon's AF is faster, than the same category Canon, but here is no place for global rules.

Aug 7, 2010 - overall image quality is better on Nikon. Noise for high end cameras is is measurably better than canon. Most pros use canon because it was the best for years until the D3. Switching is a pain.
