May 25, 2012 - I work with two idiots who are ignorant of the wonderful world of movies. They are little fanboys who enjoy movies like The Expendables and The Wrestler. They say that LOTR is gay and too much like Harry Potter. They have never watched LOTR. I try everyday to penetrate their thick skulls with logic and reason, but their stupid resolves won't relent. Thank GOD for real friends who enjoy some of the same things I do and who challenge me. I love that I can talk to them at least about stuff I love.

May 30, 2012 - This music was played in concert in major cities after the film. Local musicians were used for most of the orchestra. I wish I could have been to one of the concerts. I was a late-comer to LOTR.
