What cause the brain to switch to being manic or depressive states is dependent on external stimuli that then triggers an internal response; i.e. fits or rage or an overwhelming sense of lethargy and hopelessness. Maybe you forget that youtube, before it was bought by Google, was strictly a fan based medium. For Us, By Us.
