May 30, 2012 - That is true, but keep in mind there are multiple snipers and they are not all in the same hideout, they are spread around the city.Now ofcourse they can shoot a RPG at them, but these guys have been observing the same people for days. If those people are up to something they whould know. Let alone bring up a bazooka all the way into range. I'm pretty sure they whould get noticed. In addition there are other ground troops like marines, aside from snipers.
