Apr 4, 2012 - I looked and all there is is just one experiment conducted by a kid on 24 mice, so the sample size is way too small to be statistically significant, the kid couldn't prove he had eliminated all other variables apart from music as being a factor in their behaviour (i.e. diet etc) and critics of the experiment (which you haven't read) have shown that mice respond very differently to music than humans do. Is that the best you've got? Sad. Fail.

How could one expect mice to appreciate, let alone understand, human musical expression? Surely any experiment proving or disproving certain effects of certain music on mice is irrelevant to our experience of Stockhausen's music?
