Being around the community so much myself, I assure you that most people who play GH and Rock Band at a high level have nothing but utmost respect for the artists and the music, and most of us play our respective 'real' instruments as well. The games just gives us a fun and competitive way to experience the music we love to appreciate and enjoy.
