May 18, 2012 - This is to the twerp who calls himself "sonicfuker": first I doubt you even own a guitar and for you to downgrade Keith is a cardinal sin, you worthless fuck! That man is, according to Rolling Stone Magazine, the 4th greatest guitarist of all time, he has compiled rocks greatest body of riffs and has written 14 out of 500 of the greatest songs ever written! What have you done sonicfuck? It's pieces of shit like you that talk out their ass that keeps this world a target rich environment!
MHFROX Says:
May 20, 2012 - Ya know...in my 40+ yrs of guitar playing, professionally and otherwise, I've never met another guitar player...a real one that is, who felt the need to go to such lengths to prove to people (himself included) that he was a guitar bad-ass. I've heard a few who couldn't play without a 3 or 4 second delay between chords who 'claimed' to be guitar wizards, but no real ones. This sounds more like WWF drama BS moreso than mature, accomplished musicians ...to me anyway.

May 21, 2012 - ...i played a C chord once...

May 21, 2012 - MHFROX,You are going to tell me that (especially the second soloist) Mick Taylor is not playing at the level of a mature, accomplished musician. You have got to be kidding! It's hard to respect your 40+ years of experience (no pun intended) with a statement like that Unless I'm reading your post wrong.....To me anyway

May 23, 2012 - according to Rolling Stones Magazine, they obviously havent heard any other guitarist in the world. not saying hes bad, but i could name at least a hundred guitarists better than him. and dont get me started on that list because i will do it.

May 25, 2012 - I must assume that you have never heard Ted Nugent's "Stranglehold", nor Jimmy Page playing "Since I've been loving you" on the Song Remains the Same soundtrack. There's simply no other way you could call this the best solo ever.
echster Says:
May 25, 2012 - It may not be 'the best' but it is one of the most perfectly constructed and executed solos....and I hope Taylor joins the Stones on their next tour.
Vaughan Sinclair Says:
May 26, 2012 - Saw them in Concert...Keith did the first, Mick Taylor the second then they intertwined guitars...really nice work!
55WyldBill Says:
May 27, 2012 - I absolutely Must take my hat off to the Stones! The reason that they are the Greatest Rock And Roll Band In The World, is because they have been on the World scene for about 47 years , have sold out every show (the largest Venues) in 45 of those years, and in their 60's were still The Largest Grossing Band of 2009 Like their music or not, there is not a Musician in the civilized world, who will not give the Rolling Stones their Due! Besides the: "Who is the best" thing is all relitive anyway.
