Im an actor and I can tell you that there are many different styles to comedy..you clearly dont see that. would you compare Chaplin to Keaton? Different styles ...Ball and Burnett...both brilliant in what they did..but DIFFERENT!

Apr 14, 2012 - I'm sorry, but every time Mickey Hart comes into the Family sketches, I start to think that the CB show was trying to hint that Ed had latent, um, "tendencies" and a lot of his and Eunice's dysfunction stemmed from the fact that he resented having to be with her instead of who he really wanted to be with. With Eunice's comment about "lovers' spat" suddenly made me look at that differently. As if she knew but was hanging on to what scraps of man she had.
