I don't mean "ignorant" in the insulting sense, but more in the sense that people who give homosexuals crap probably just don't understand them. It's certainly nothing to be ashamed of, and I've never understood why society makes a big deal out of it. It's no different from being straight, really. Why should sexuality not be considered a neutral?
