May 26, 2012 - you're right. i've been learning this piece for two or three months. When i starts, i wanted to play it like my teacher (very speed). But it's such a pleasure when we do it well!!!!!!

May 26, 2012 - My favourites are John Williams and Paco Pena. But Paco ist kinda raping the guitar, Williams is fondeling the guitar tenderly. This is why he is my No.1.

May 27, 2012 - The funny thing is that the slow section in the middle is the most difficult musically, the tremelos are just the same motif with different ornaments. Spent 3 weeks mastering the faster section and then found that it was really difficult to make the slower bit sound perfect.

May 27, 2012 - listen to ana vidović performance, same song, twice as fast,2 times younger . . .
MegaCalvinHobbes Says:
May 27, 2012 - But but but how could you even compare that. Playing a piece faster is not a sign of skill in the least; on the contrary, maintaining a beautiful compass like Mr. Williams does in this video requires skill. In fact, he could even play it a touch slower, but to each his own. I find the way Vidovic plays it removes all the beauty, grace, and eloquence this this requires and deserves. Sure her version is faster, but I'd rather listen to this one any day of the week.

May 28, 2012 - thank you kind man, but i really cant remember i addressed you the reply in anyway, never argue on you tube or other social net. its kind of like special Olympics, even if you win , you are still special. its like - you have your opinion i have mine. and cheers to you . . .

May 28, 2012 - He's the boyfriend of a male friend of mine. Although he is a very good person he doesn't sing very well. Good amateur drummer though.

May 28, 2012 - its nice when you come to a page with actual music and notice that the comments section is filled, not with arguments, but with people talking about how great the music is.
MegaCalvinHobbes Says:
May 28, 2012 - Oh boy, like I haven't heard that one before. I wasn't arguing with you, I was stating my opinion.
