May 12, 2012 - I know what you mean. There is only one person I've met, who's actually pretty young, who has that tone of voice. Tones change with the values of a society, I think. Some people, honorable ladies and gentlemen, may have those tones today, but with traditional values becoming more lax, I don't believe the tone will outlast the 21st Century.

And congrats to Chuck .... he stumped the panel, thus winning the $50 dollars. Of course in 2012 dollars that was worth $5000.
