May 7, 2012 - This will not work, trust me I've tried. I was pulled over said exactly this. At first I thought I'd gotten away with it once he went back to his patrol car. Until he came back to my window informing me that a judge was on his way out to the scene to warrant a search for my vehicle. I sat there for 3 hours until this judge showed up and DID warrant the search for my vehicle. Now I'm facing charges for drug trafficking. Thanks for nothing FlexYourRights.
