May 28, 2012 - Seriously, the plot line isn't even close to twilight. The only thing they have in common is that the main female character has two guys after her. But seriously, the personalities aren't similar at all, and in the hunger games, no one SPARKLES! And the hunger games isn't even based on the romances, it's based on action, rebellion, survival, and adventure. What's twilight about? An emotionless girl who fell hopelessly in love with a sparkly pedophile and a dog/human fell for her... *facepalm*

May 28, 2012 - actually Katniss has some things in common. She is very emotional much like Bella. She is quite useless and is saved by Peeta and Gale many times like Bella. If you read both series you get the same vibe. Katniss is always questioning herself in all the books. Even though she chose independence between both men she is a nervous wreck like Bella. As much as no one wants to admit it.

May 29, 2012 - They are both emotional, but what female has no emotions? She's useless? Remind me again who can shoot a squirrel in the eye every shot, and who saved Peeta from Cato. I doubt Bella could shoot a squirrel in the eye, or save Edward from a man holding him hostage. I like twilight, and I like the books. But I can't stand when people compare the Hunger Games to Twilight. Mostly because the best reason anyone has is that there are small similarities and a love triangle. They aren't that similar.
